Registration


Registration fees are as follows. All pricing is inclusive of GST where applicable, and is given in Australian dollars.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

IMPORTANT

  • ADC-16 requires at least one Full ADC (inc. PhD School) registration per accepted paper, and this registration must be made by 31 July 2016; otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
  • If you are the co-author of more than one paper, you only need to register once.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION

  • PhD School Only Full & Student Registrations include access to only to the 2 day PhD School (26-27 September), coffee breaks, and access to speaker presentations.

  • Conference Full Registration includes access to the 4 day Australasian Database Week 2016 including the ADC conference and the PhD School (26-29 September), coffee breaks, banquet, reception, and proceedings.

REGISTRATION METHODS

  • ONLINE: ADC 2016 prefers that participants register through the ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM, which accepts Master card, Visa card and American Express.
  • OTHER: If online payment via credit card is not possible, please contact bigk@itee.uq.edu.au to make alternative arrangements.
  • ON-SITE: Attendees may pay at the conference registration desk by cash or credit card. The registration desk opens every day at 8:00 am. If you plan to pay on-site, please contact bigk@itee.uq.edu.au in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and refund requests received on or before 15 September 2016 will be subject to a $50 administrative processing fee. Cancellations after 15 September will NOT be refunded. Alternatively, if you cannot attend, your registration may be transferred to a colleague. To organize a registration name transfer, email your request to bigk@itee.uq.edu.au.
